What makes Encounter Coaching different from regular life coaching?
Most coaching focuses on fixing the problem or finding a strategy. Encounter Coaching goes deeper. It’s not about helping you think better — it’s about helping you hear better.
We work with the emotional brain instead of just the logical one, creating space for the Holy Spirit to bring truth, healing, and clarity.
The goal isn’t performance or behavior change — it’s heart transformation.
Who is Encounter Coaching for?

What happens during a session?
Each session begins with a simple question: “What’s on your heart today?”
From there, we identify a strong emotion connected to that situation.
I’ll guide you through powerful questions that help you uncover the beliefs and desires beneath that emotion. Then, we invite Jesus to speak directly to it. It’s a process of discovery, exchange, and freedom — and it’s always led by the Holy Spirit.
Is this counseling or therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on hearing God in the present moment, not revisiting trauma or analyzing your past.
If deeper care is needed, I’ll lovingly recommend trusted professional resources.
How many sessions will I need?
While one session can bring powerful insight, lasting transformation unfolds through a journey.
That’s why I offer the three-session Encounter Journey — giving God time to restore, reveal, and renew.
Sessions must be used within a 45-day window, allowing time for reflection between each encounter.
Do I have to share my full story?
No. You’ll only share enough for us to locate the emotion behind what’s happening.
The Holy Spirit leads the rest. This process honors your privacy, your heart, and your pace.
What’s the investment?
You’ll invest according to the value of the transformation you’re seeking — what it’s truly worth to you.
This creates freedom, honor, and partnership in the process.
